The main focus of the Boomerang Alliance is the nationwide adoption of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) policies and practices to ensure that, eventually, all discarded products and packaging are either reused or recycled.

During 2009 our campaign will be in high gear as the Australian Government moves to release a National Waste Policy and environment ministers seek to target problem wastes.
